- 2 medium apples (cored)
- 1 medium frozen banana
- ¼ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into your blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth. If you’d like a thinner smoothie, add a little more water or milk.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top.
