Description

A delicious and easy recipe for crock pot cube steak covered in a creamy mushroom and chicken sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 cube steaks
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the onion and place it in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Layer the cube steaks on top of the onions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and beef broth until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cube steaks in the crock pot.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper on top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours, or until the cube steak is fork-tender.
  7. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
