Delicious and healthy overnight oats with blueberries and Greek yogurt.
Ingredients

- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup milk (any kind)
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt. Stir until smooth.
- Add blueberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and chia seeds (if using). Stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add extra toppings if desired. Enjoy chilled or slightly warmed.
Notes
- Can be made ahead of time for quick breakfasts.
- Feel free to mix in other fruits or nuts for added flavor and nutrition.
