Description

Delicious and healthy overnight oats with blueberries and Greek yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk (any kind)
  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add blueberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and chia seeds (if using). Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and add extra toppings if desired. Enjoy chilled or slightly warmed.
