- 2 cups water or milk
- 1 cup fresh fruits (berries or banana slices)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Rinse buckwheat groats under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a saucepan, combine rinsed groats and water/milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
- Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
- Stir in yogurt and sweetener while warm. Top with fresh fruits before serving.
