- 12 slices salami
- 12 cubes cheddar cheese
- 12 balls mozzarella
- 12 baby dill pickles
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 6 rosemary sprigs (optional)
- 12 green or black olives
- 12 small cheese stars or star-shaped crackers
Instructions
- Cut cheddar cheese into cubes, rinse cherry tomatoes, drain pickles and olives, and prep salami slices for folding.
- Begin assembling skewers: start with a cube of cheddar or mozzarella as the base.
- Fold salami into quarters or halves, and layer with pickles, tomatoes, and olives to form a tree shape.
- Top each skewer with a cheese star or mini festive cracker.
- Insert a rosemary sprig between layers or at the bottom (optional).
- Chill skewers in the fridge until ready to serve. Display upright in a cone or flat on a platter.
