Description

A creamy and cheesy dip made with ground beef, Velveeta, and Rotel, perfect for parties!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning (optional)
  • 1/2 cup black beans (optional)
  • 1/2 cup corn (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain the grease.
  2. Cut the Velveeta into cubes and place in the crock pot.
  3. Add the browned beef and the full can of Rotel (with juice) to the crock pot.
  4. If using taco seasoning, beans, or corn, add them now.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally until fully melted and smooth.
  6. Switch to the warm setting and serve directly from the crock pot with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • This dip is great for parties and can be served with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less taco seasoning.
