A creamy and cheesy dip made with ground beef, Velveeta, and Rotel, perfect for parties!
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese
- 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning (optional)
- 1/2 cup black beans (optional)
- 1/2 cup corn (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain the grease.
- Cut the Velveeta into cubes and place in the crock pot.
- Add the browned beef and the full can of Rotel (with juice) to the crock pot.
- If using taco seasoning, beans, or corn, add them now.
- Cover and cook on low for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally until fully melted and smooth.
- Switch to the warm setting and serve directly from the crock pot with your favorite dippers.
Notes
- This dip is great for parties and can be served with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less taco seasoning.
