Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika until combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.
- Pour the garlic butter evenly over the salmon, coating each piece thoroughly.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot with lemon slices if desired.
