Description
A delicious and easy treat made with Rice Krispies cereal, butter, and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large pot over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and press the mixture evenly into the dish using damp hands.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Ensure the hands are damp to prevent sticking when pressing the mixture into the baking dish.
- Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
