- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 4 large tortilla flatbreads
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or bake them until golden brown and fully cooked (about 20 minutes).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then shred it using two forks.
- Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Spread the BBQ chicken evenly over each tortilla flatbread.
- Top with shredded cheese and sliced red onions. Add cilantro if desired.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
