Description

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 4 large tortilla flatbreads
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or bake them until golden brown and fully cooked (about 20 minutes).
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then shred it using two forks.
  4. Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  5. Spread the BBQ chicken evenly over each tortilla flatbread.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and sliced red onions. Add cilantro if desired.
