Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Add spinach: Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Create the sauce: Pour in heavy cream, simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine: Mix cooked pasta with the creamy spinach sauce, adding reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
  6. Final touches: Squeeze lemon juice over the dish, season with salt and pepper before serving hot.
