Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups mini pretzels, broken
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
- Flaky sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Add white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until fully melted.
- Stir in the peanut butter until smooth and fully combined.
- Fold in broken pretzels and chopped peanuts until evenly coated.
- Drop tablespoon-sized clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until clusters are firm and set.
Notes
- These clusters can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Experiment with adding other mix-ins like dried fruits or different types of nuts.
