Ingredients

- 1 medium green cabbage, cut into wedges
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into wedges about 1-2 inches thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the cabbage wedges with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned cabbage on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
