Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and coat well with salsa verde.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top for added zing.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for five minutes before serving; garnish with cilantro if desired.
