Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in milk and vanilla.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. Gently incorporate white chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
