Description

This steak marinade is perfect for enhancing the flavor of your steaks!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, honey, garlic, and seasonings.
  2. Place your steaks in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring all sides are coated.
  4. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible, and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove steaks from marinade (discard excess) and grill to your desired doneness.
  7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.
